McGarry Horseboxes is a traditional family-run business, set among the beautiful rural surroundings of the North East Antrim hills of North Ireland.
Working from customised 10,000 square foot premises, we specialise in the new build and conversion of high quality horse transporters.
Our team of 10 dedicated staff have been hand-picked as specialists in their particular field. As such they are able to bring to reality your particular requirements, both on time and to the highest possible standard. We use only the best of both modern and traditional materials to create your horsebox.
With a strong history of riding, show jumping and horse training, we have extensive experience of transporting horses and have brought this knowledge to bear on developing the very best design for your needs.
Customer Service
Our ethos is to work closely with you to discuss at the outset your exact requirements including:
- The uses of your transporter
- The level of functionality you require
- The accommodation needs of your horses, riders and guests
- Your timescale
- Your budget
- Your preferences for style features (design, colours, finishing etc).
We then use this information to create for you a visual depiction of your horsebox which you can see on your computer or in paper.
All our customers benefit from a comprehensive range of ongoing support and after sales services including a guarantee of all bodywork and servicing. This offers you the peace of mind and reliability that you have made the right investment. All potential problems are handled personally by the owner, ensuring our exceptional levels of customer satisfaction are upheld.
In addition, we offer all our customers routine and major servicing, accident and insurance work as well as refurbishment and enhancements, should you wish.

Your Horsebox
Our ethos is to build each customer their own individual horsebox. Designed and created as a result of our discussions with you, we produce a design that reflects your specific needs and preferences, while taking into account your timescales and budget.
This means that your horsebox is unique to you and not a mass-produced product.
We can create any horsebox for you, ranging from a basic 2-horse transporter (at approximately £5000) to a 7-horse option complete with luxury living at £50,000.
